Effective date: September 10, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how Keyper LLC (“Keyper,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information through keyperdigital.com, its contact forms, and its related content-management system. It does not cover client systems that Keyper builds or manages under separate agreements, or third-party websites and services.

- Technical and security data, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URLs, timestamps, and server or security logs.
- For authorized staff only, content-management account information such as name, email address, role, and authentication or session information.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, government identifiers, payment-card or financial-account information, health information, precise location, or other sensitive personal information through the contact form. Please do not include that information in your message.
How we use information
- Respond to and evaluate your inquiry, and provide information or services you request.
- Route your request and manage a prospective or current business relationship.
- Understand which page or campaign led to an inquiry and assess website performance.
- Operate, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the website, and prevent spam, fraud, or abuse.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking
As of the effective date, the public website does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels, or non-essential cookies. Authorized content-management users receive strictly necessary, secure authentication cookies when they sign in. Server request and security logs operate independently of cookies.
We do not track visitors across third-party websites for targeted advertising, and we do not authorize third parties to do so on our website. Because the public website does not perform that tracking, browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change its behavior. If these practices change, we will update this notice and add consent or opt-out controls where required.
How we disclose information
Keyper does not currently sell personal information collected through this website. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, use it for targeted advertising, or use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
- Authorized Keyper personnel who need the information for the purposes described in this notice.
- Service providers that support hosting, database storage, file storage, security, and logging. These providers currently include Google Cloud and process information under their service terms and our instructions.
- Professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other parties when disclosure is reasonably necessary or legally required.
- A buyer, successor, or other participant in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep information
We keep contact requests only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate or provide services, maintain appropriate business and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. The period depends on factors such as the nature of the relationship, the type and sensitivity of the information, legal or accounting requirements, limitation periods, and security needs. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed. Server logs and backups follow operational rotation schedules and may remain until those schedules complete. Authorized account data is retained while access is needed and then disabled or deleted, subject to audit and legal requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No method of transmission, storage, or security is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your personal information; access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of it; withdraw consent; and opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. We do not currently sell personal information collected through this website, use it for targeted advertising, or conduct profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
